This the official Ladies State Chili Championship of Texas site. This year’s annual event will be held October 4-7, 2024 in Blanco, Texas at Yett Memorial Park, 1813 US Hwy 281 S.
Our Mission:
For many years, our focus at the LSCC has been to collect donations for charity, and to provide our lady cookers with the most prestigious honors for being involved in the Ladies State Chili Cook-off. We have donated our proceeds to multiple charities over the years. We began by donating to the Susan G. Komen Cancer Charities until 2010 where we gave them over $29,000. Starting In 2011 LSCC donated over $26,000 to the Breast Cancer Charities of America (BCCA) and in 2021 – 2023 the chosen charity changed to “The Smile Never Fades” where $21,000 was donated. Starting with the 2025 Chili year (held in October 2024), the newly chosen charity for the LSCC cookoff is “Pink Warrior Advocates“.
