4:00pm – 07:00 PM – Vendors will be selling their products
5:00 pm – Bean Bash turn in and Silent Auction Begins
5:30 pm – Margarita turn in and please bring desserts to the Pavilion for dinner.

4:00 pm – BBQ Pork Ribs Turn-in
5:00 pm – Silent Auction Ends and Raffles Begin
6:00 pm Announce Winners (including all competition from Friday judging)
