Petticoat Creations is run by the Daughter-Mother team of Virginia Garcia and Theresa Kuhn from Red Rock, Texas. Petticoat Creations has recently expanded what they sell moving from Petticoat Candle Company to their new name of Petticoat Creations. You will find Petticoat Creations selling a range of sublimation customized cups as you can see on the pictures below. You HAVE to see the Holloween cups (on the facebook page) – they are awesome.
